The majority of villages we visit for the first time do not have any facility that provides clean water. Women, men, children and elderly will walk for hours to find a source of water. Whether it is from a stagnant pond, a river or an irrigation ditch; they will drink it, because they have no other choice. Over 48o million people in India do not have access to safe drinking water. It is impossible for ‘I’ us to ignore these thirsty cries. We drill We drill and dedicate water wells in the name of Jesus Christ, so that any one in that needy village, of any caste, creed, or religion can benefit from the safe water it produces.
